NotaryStaff was founded by Bridget Margolis, a licensed Title Agent with 40 years of experience in the South Florida area. She saw firsthand how slow, unreliable notarization was holding up closings, and how RON helped close those gaps.

Every notary on our platform is verified.
We don't work with just anyone. Every NotaryStaff notary is background-checked, state-commissioned, and trained specifically in real estate closing documents before joining our network.
State-Commissioned
All notaries hold active commissions in the state of Florida, verified and renewed on a regular basis.
RON Certified
Our remote notaries are certified on Florida state-approved RON platforms and trained in compliant identity verification procedures.
Real Estate Trained
Notaries complete specialized training in real estate document packages — deeds, mortgages, HELOCs, and more — before handling closings.
